I was there on October 30, 2022 with my son, my husband and my little dog. Dilapidated structure at the entrance with work in progress, very narrow staircase to climb with the stroller to get to the top floor, where we were placed. Everyone packed in like sardines. Good food and helpful staff. Non-existent educational farm, only a few animals to see without any guide. Then we asked to see the donkeys and they explained the road to us, but it was bumpy and difficult to travel on. Disappointment

very short story: we book for 12 people, we arrive, they tell us that we booked for 11 (rationally, it was a tiny position where a maximum of 11 people could fit), they try to put another chair attached to another which was also attached to another due to limited space. We leave (rightly so) and outside we find a family of 4 who claim to have booked and, despite the reservation, they couldn't contain them. Meanwhile I saw other people arriving who, in turn, could not be contained. Then, as I passed, I saw the dishes of the people around me and let's not really talk about it... but having not tasted anything I don't want to comment. In any case, shabby and absolutely unspeakable service.

You couldn't breathe ..there was another group of 14 people who left gone away, Only for us. They ruined a day of leisure after a week of work and after all the kilometers travelled...THEY LOST 18 COVERAGES IN ONE SINGLE TIME TO BE SMART TO include as many covers as possible...like in the canteens...you must make amends and be ashamed .......there was a guy on the staff who was mortified / tried to persuade me but realized the disgust it caused. ...it was clear that the blame for the disservice could be attributed to the owner. THE MOTTO IS THE GUEST IS SACRED AND MUST BE RESPECTED...THE HAPPENED IS ABERRANT. I HOPE YOU WILL MAKE A SELF-CRITICISM AND NOT RUIN THE LUNCHES OF OTHER FAMILIES...AND YOU ARE ALSO AGRIDACTIC AND THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL DAY.

Spartan and poorly maintained location, to get inside and to the terrace you have to pass through narrow corridors and steep stairs. the service is poor and so are the dishes.. for what they offer it is an exaggerated price. appetizers and fried foods full of oil, first courses limited in quantity as well as the tagliatelle... a slice cut into small pieces wrapped in rocket to make it seem more abundant. I requested chips and not only did they arrive 20 minutes after the meat but they were 8 chips counted! in short, overall a bad experience, there are farms and agritourisms that are much better for the same price. EDIT: In response to the owner. First of all, I didn't eat well or abundantly, so learn to read and understand the text. Dishes full of oil and of poor quality. Then, AN owner and entrepreneur who calls a customer who wrote him a negative review frustrated, instead of improving, makes it clear what a character he is...
